Buffalo-based IVR Technology Group has outgrown its existing offices and has acquired a larger office suite to accommodate their plan for continued growth.
Buffalo, NY, May 22, 2018 – IVR Technology Group announces today the acquisition of a new 4,700 square foot office in Amherst, NY to continue its accelerated growth. The new space will accommodate the company’s growing headcount, and serve as its new global headquarters.
Founded nearly 20 years ago, IVR Technology Group provides a “full stack” of technologies and products that help companies deliver delightful customer experiences through phone, web, text, chat and social media. The majority of the company’s earnings is through recurring revenue for its products and solutions, with customers ranging from regional municipal utilities to Fortune 100 companies across four continents.
“We’ve more than doubled in size over the past eighteen months, both through acquisitions and new hires in every department, including the executive team,” says IVR Technology Group President, Akash Desai.
Located at 65 Lawrence Bell Drive in Amherst, the new spacious headquarters provides enough room to continue the company’s expansion plans by adding to the company’s IT, security, engineering, customer service, marketing and sales teams. “It has a great balance of private offices, open areas, and shared spaces for an ideal collaborative environment across all our teams,” says Desai. “This new office will give us the elbow room to continue our growth plans.”
Mike Byrne, CEO of IVR Technology Group, adds, “We have an aggressive strategy for growth over the next three years, finding the space to accommodate that growth has been the all-important first step.” Mr. Byrne also added that the company is looking to immediately hire two to three new salespeople, under the direction of Ryan Wagner, the company’s newly promoted Sales Manager. “2017 and the first quarter of 2018 have been exciting times, we are looking forward to accelerated growth in our Buffalo headquarters, in addition to our other locations.”
