Send A Payment Notification With 3 Options
Today’s consumers want to have options. With Pay By Text, you offer all the options your customers could want. First, with the Broadcast function of the Compass Automation Platform, you can send them a friendly payment due notification with three convenient options:
Option 1: Conversational Text Bot
Powered by our conversational text bot, this option is the ultimate in both security and convenience. When your customer has saved their payment method, making a payment is as simple as responding with “PAY” to your text notification. Once the transaction is complete, the customer receives a text receipt with the confirmation number provided by your gateway or payment processor.
Option 2: Secure Mobile Web Form
If they’d like to use a different payment method or never saved one, we can help you provide a link to a secure form to enter their details. When possible, we can even help you pre-fill the form with the information available from your customer database. Once the payment is complete, they’ll receive a confirmation through their preferred method; email or text.
Option3: Pay By Phone
Not everyone has reliable mobile Internet access when they need to quickly and easily make their payment. Others may be concerned about the security of their mobile connection. These reasons are why it’s important to provide a method to pay by phone with the Compass Automation Platform Payments application in the text notification.
