IVR Technology Group Adds Christopher Miano To Customer Experience Team

Communication Company Continues To Flourish By Adding To CX Team

Buffalo, NY (December 5, 2017) – IVR Technology Group, a leader in Communication Technology focused on delivering delightful interactions, is proud to welcome Christopher Miano as an Account Executive to their growing Customer Experience team.

Prior to joining IVR Technology Group, Christopher Miano had consulted 50+ student teams and alumni ventures from ideation to post-revenue and as a result have gained an enormous amount of experience in business development, valuation assessment, and financial analysis.

As the newest member of the IVR Tech Group team, Chris will play a key role in developing and managing customer relationships. “I’ve been very lucky to work on a lot of great teams over the years, having served in the US Army for 8 years. I can already tell this is going to be one of the finest organizations I’ll have had the honor of working alongside,” Chris said. “From top to bottom everyone is dedicated to working together to help their customers achieve great success, it’s a real privilege to be a part of it.”

While in the United States Army, Chris served as a Company Commander and was responsible for leading a unit of 110 soldiers in Afghanistan. In addition to his leadership experience, Chris is also the co-founder of a cloud-based application that captures and simplifies the process of recording interviews with elderly family members known as MemoryFox.

“We’re excited to bring Chris on board. He possesses an infectious attitude along with an innate desire to learn and grow. He will play an important role in helping our CX team deliver “wow” service to our customers,” said Matthew Castronova, IVR Tech Group’s SVP of Customer Experience.

Chris will be a key component in introducing IVR Technology Group’s new Communications Platform as a Service to new and existing customers. Stay tuned for more information.
