Pay-By-Phone (PCI Compliant)

Are you experiencing issues with PCI Compliance because of your Call Center operations? Due to the recent changes in PCI DSS your entire VOIP telephone network is within scope of PCI if credit card data is transmitted over the network. If you would like to be able to certify that you do not store process or transmit payment card data than the IVR Pay-by-Phone virtual terminal is what you are looking for.
How it Works:
Inbound IVR - In traditional Call Center Operations the Customer calls into Call Center Operations to make a purchase. Customer Service agent takes credit card data over the telephone. Enters data into Mail Order Telephone Order (MOTO) system and processes authorization. Both V.O.I.P. telephone system and MOTO system are within scope of PCI.
Proposed solution with IVR Pay-by-Phone virtual terminal the Customer calls into Call Center Operations to make a purchase. Customer Service agent passes customer to IVR Pay-by-Phone virtual terminal where payment is accepted. Customer is passed back to live attendant after completion of electronic payment. No data is entered into Mail Order Telephone Order (MOTO) system or the V.O.I.P. telephone system. Neither system falls within scope of PCI. IVR System can pass nonpayment card data via web service integration to MOTO system to support store and forward billing.
Outbound IVR - With the IVR Pay-by-Phone virtual terminals automated messaging option the IVR system can generate collection calls or payment reminders based off of accounts data that is provide from Company back end systems. When the call is answered the ability to accept a payment on account is available via the IVR Pay-by-Phone virtual terminal. The caller can request to be transferred to a live agent from within the outbound call. Upon completion of a transaction, payment information is communicated back to your accounting system.
SMS Texting methodologies are also support for outbound notifications.
Web site Click-to-Pay - From any company web site customer enters a telephone number that they would like to receive a call at in order to make a payment. Once the number is submitted the IVR Pay-by-Phone virtual terminal places an immediate call to the telephone number given. The customer is greeted with a Company specific greeting indicated that the items to be paid for and the amount to be collected. Once call is completed the transaction is completed and the web site is updated so the customer can print a receipt.
