IVR Technology Group was recently awarded “Best Team: Healthcare” by InfoTech WNY at their annual event The Betas. The award is given to a team in WNY that has made a significant impact in the Healthcare industry in regards to Technology.
IVR Technology Group surpassed two rounds of judging and was one of eight finalists in the “Best Team: Healthcare” category. Team members Paul Cordaro, Jesse Becker, and Frank Faso gladly accepted the award on behalf of IVR Technology Group.

In the past year alone, the team has resolved over 2,500 support tickets within the week they were raised. Going above and beyond, they have been able to reduce the amount of annual open tickets by 15% YoY through open education and instruction programs for each client.
