Buffalo, NY – IVR Technology Group, a leader in secure voice and text applications, is pleased to announce that Mark Rayburn has joined the organization as Chief Operating Officer to accelerate growth and operational excellence.
In his role as Chief Operating Officer, Mark Rayburn will report to the President and CEO, and will serve as a member of the executive leadership team. Mark will lead IVR Technology Group’s operations including the areas of information technology, program oversight, member services, and will be responsible for overseeing key vendor relationships.

Mark Rayburn received his bachelor’s degree from Missouri Institute of Technology and has since built up his reputation as a well-known leader in voice services, speech technology, and leading-edge integrated telephony technologies. His exceptional interpersonal skills and solid technical insight will serve to engage the entire organization. Previous to IVR Technology Group, Mark was the CEO of DemandVoice, a phone application hosting company recently acquired by IVR Technology Group.
