Every brand has a personality. Ours is straightforward, familiar, and cordial. Our priority is to explain how we can help solve problems in a human manner, helping our customers achieve the results they need, so they can get on with their day.

New Identity
Our primary “vertical lockup” with a new icon that respects the legacy of our identity, while introducing a bold new look of intersecting communications conduits.
Horizontal lockups for situations where the vertical version won’t fit. Including monochrome dark and light versions are to be used when the logo will be shown very small.
Typography
Our typography is clean and simple. Headlines are in Roboto (Google Web Fonts version) Black/900. Body copy for PDFs, Presentations, and display ads is Roboto Regular. Body copy for the website is Arial regular.
Deliberate Colors
Our brand colors are that of a new sunrise. Full of new energy, new ideas, endless possibilities, and the essence of new life and growth. The individual colors have their own personalities that define our branded solutions.
Brand Assets
The 2022 website refresh moved away from the “neumorphic design” style with 3D colored waves to more of a flat look, using more subtle vector waves. The source files and logos can be accessed here: Brand Assets
Transact
Green is the color of life, growth and prosperity. The growth green evokes vibrant new life and a fertile foundation. This is the core color for automated payments by phone.
Inform
Orange is the color of harvest, praise and authority. The sunrise orange denotes mastery and warm influence. This is the core color for automated outbound campaigns.
Create
Blue is the color of order, security and trust. The morning blue sky is an inspiration for creativity. This is the core color for automated voice surveys.
Unify
Gray is the color of maturity, strength of character and stability. A slightly warm gray elicits mature intelligence with a touch of understanding.
Embrace
Purple is the color of mystery, imagination, and high emotional intelligence. It sits across the color wheel from our green, blue, and orange and is the perfect complementary background and the core color for self-service automation.
Authority
A moderately dark cool gray is the color of serene authority and confidence. This color is primarily used for “IVR TECHNOLOGY GROUP” and other text in our primary logos for our brand and our platform.
Variations
From time to time, the precise brand color may not be appropriate or possible. This is the recommended darkest to lightest variations of each brand color. Example: The available thread colors for our embroidered logo couldn’t match our exact colors, so a thread that fits within this dark-to-light spectrum was selected.
