900 – Callers pay per call or pay by minute charged automatically to their home telephone bill.
IVR Technology Group sets your company or organization up with a dedicated telephone number and as callers dial that number they hear, by law, a prerecorded message called the preamble. The preamble informs the caller of the service, cost of call and the billing method (900 or Credit Card).
Callers accept or make a payment directly over the phone. Charges do not apply to the caller until the call is transferred to your destination. The system verifies, preauthorizes, connected to the destination, timed and billed all automated.
