Emergency Hotline: Simply stated this is an emergency information line that customers and employees can call to retrieve information or updates. System design includes the following features:

• North American access toll free number
• One Main Menu Prompt
• Five Sub Menu Prompts
• Back door administration rights to remotely change the Main menu message, the sub menu titles and the sub menu messages
• Voicemails delivered to email addresses as a .wav file
• Phone and pager notification of messages received

Option B:
Emergency Hotline w/ Web Access: All of the Emergency Hotline Features including:

• Web Access for maintain adding voicemail extensions
• Web Access for voicemail retrieval and deletion
• Web Access to control call routing and call notification

Option C:
Emergency Voicemail & Hotline: This system requires a custom design to mirror the functionality of an enterprises current telephone system and voicemail system.
